How to deal with some simple problems in the use of vulcanizing machines. Vulcanizing machines, rubber vulcanizing machines, and vulcanizing machines are priced the same as other tools. Some minor problems will occur during use. Some of these problems are due to improper use, and some are caused by improper storage. These small problems can be solved immediately without affecting the normal use of the vulcanizing machine.
Common question 1: The heating process of the vulcanizing machine becomes longer or the temperature cannot reach 145°C. If you encounter the above problems, you should check according to the following steps.
(1) Whether a wooden heat insulation board is placed between the heating plate of the vulcanizing machine and the frame. If no wooden heat insulation board is placed or the heat insulation board is missing, install the heat insulation board before performing a temperature rise check;
(2) If the temperature cannot rise, you should check whether the vulcanization time switch in the upper left corner of the vulcanizer control box is turned on. If it is turned on, the vulcanizer has entered the heat preservation stage, and the temperature will naturally not rise;
(3) The above two are normal but cannot heat up. You can check whether the heat insulation board of the vulcanizing machine is wet. If the heat insulation board is wet due to water exposure, it must be dried normally using the heating plate temperature before the temperature can meet the requirements;
(4) After passing the above inspection, if the temperature still cannot be raised, the vulcanizing machine manufacturer should be contacted for further technical consultation or returned to the factory for repair;
Frequently Asked Question 2: During heating, the temperature of the heating plate is uneven, causing parts of the joints to not be tightly bonded. You should check according to the following steps.
(1) Check whether the heat insulation board of the vulcanizing machine is damaged. When the heat insulation board is damaged, it is an important reason for uneven heating temperature;
(2) If the heat shield is intact, the heating plate can be heated separately, and then a thermometer can be used to measure each part of the heating plate. If there is a problem, the internal heating plate may be damaged. You can contact the vulcanizing machine manufacturer to provide the heating plate. Perform replacement or return to factory for repair;
Frequently Asked Question 3: When using a manual pump to pressurize, the pressure does not rise. You can check according to the following steps.
(1) Check whether the water inlet of the hydraulic plate is pressed due to the frame bolts being too tight. If this occurs, loosen the bolts appropriately;
(2) Check whether the manual pump of the vulcanizing machine is leaking or whether the joints are loose, and tighten them, and check whether the gasket of the hydraulic pump is damaged;
Frequently Asked Question 4: Some users have the phenomenon that the tape and the heating plate are bonded together after vulcanization is completed.
The reason for this problem is that during use, the user did not place spacers such as newspapers or talcum powder between the upper and lower heating plates as required by the operation. The heating plate is in direct contact with the conveyor belt. After this problem occurs, you only need to clean the heating plate. During the next use, strictly follow the operating procedures and it will not happen again.
Frequently Asked Question 5: Due to improper storage or bumping during use, water seepage occurs in the hydraulic plate. It should be checked according to the following steps.
(1) Check the water seepage part of the vulcanizer, whether it is the surface of the hydraulic plate or the contact point between the surrounding rubber and the lower plate of the hydraulic plate. If there is water leakage from the surrounding gaps, all surrounding screws should be tightened in order;
(2) If the leakage part is on the rubber surface of the hydraulic plate and the leakage part is needle-shaped, in the case of an emergency repair, 520 glue can be used to repair it, but the panel must be replaced after the emergency repair;
(3) If the vulcanizer leaks seriously, it cannot be used and the hydraulic plate must be replaced.
