Metals Inspection
All parts are thoroughly inspected based on detailed specifications. With full CMM capability, Vista Motion can accurately verify received goods before accepting them for production.
Metal Preparation
To achieve successful vulcanization and bond integrity between rubber and metal interfaces, it is essential to prepare metals in a specific and controlled manner. This is typically done through a combination of shot blasting and applying bonding agents.
Vulcanisation
The vulcanization of the rubber compound is achieved under tightly controlled conditions and machine parameters specific to each production batch. This process also creates a strong bond between rubber and metal, if applicable. It is followed by a strictly adhered curing period, which is crucial for optimizing the performance and lifespan of the rubber. With over 150 transfer, compression, and injection molding machines, Vista Motion has both the capacity and expertise to meet our customers’ growing demands.
Final Inspection
After vulcanization, products undergo inspection and cleaning. If needed, parts may undergo additional machining, stress relieving, or coating application to prevent corrosion.
Assembly
Products can be supplied individually or as part of a system or assembly. In cases where there is a need for large-scale overhaul and replacement of existing products, it may be possible to reclaim and refurbish the existing metals. This approach can help reduce lead time and improve the sustainability of materials.
Test and Verification
Vista Motion has extensive test facilities to confirm the performance of components through test and verification procedures. Multi-axis dynamic testing can simulate real-world combined load cases. Lifetime and residual life tests can also be conducted as needed.
Packing and Despatch
After final inspections and testing, the parts are properly packaged to ensure safe and secure transportation without any damage, in accordance with the agreed shipping mode.
